We accept returns (for store credit ONLY ) and exchanges. Items MUST be sent back within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date(the day your item(s) arrival(NO EXCEPTIONS). Items MUST have original tags intact, be unwarn, undamaged, and unwashed. Items received without tags, with damage, visible signs of wear and tear, or washed WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE! Also note we can not go back and fix a missed discount. It will have to wait until your next purchase. Store credits will be given once requested HOWEVER new items WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL Ride The Moon Receives the original items back!
