Hey there friend! Hopefully you’re loving your new items purchased from Ride The Moon, but if for some reason they do not work out, that’s ok! We accept returns (for store credit ONLY ) and exchanges. Items MUST be sent back within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date(the day your item(s) arrival(NO EXCEPTIONS).  Items MUST have original tags intact, be unwarn, undamaged, and unwashed. Items received without tags, with damage, visible signs of wear and tear, or washed WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE! Also note we can not go back and fix a missed discount. It will have to wait until your next purchase. Store credits will be given once requested HOWEVER new items WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL Ride The Moon Receives the original items back! Items that are in our store on consignment ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You will be told at checkout that is a consignment item and is not eligible for return or refund.

 

ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED THEY ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING ITEMS THAT ARE STOLEN, DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF YOU OPENING YOUR PACKAGE, OR LOST BY WHOEVER IT IS BEING SHIPPED WITH.  If packages are lost we can help with filing a claim and we can go from there. 

 

ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT !! NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT  ON JEWELRY, CAN COOLERS, DRINKWARE, SALE ITEMS, & HATS.

If you receive a damaged package or item, it must be reported via email ridethemoonllc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us via email before returning damaged goods for further assistance on return details.
